1 General Provisions

bh99o is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games and live gaming services. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and the platform.

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum limit, but additional verification may be required for larger amounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing time may vary if verification is pending.

4.3 Identity Verification

We may complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before deposits and withdrawals. This process may require submission of a copy of your National ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

bh99o offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read before claiming the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10 times applies to the bonus (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the terms of the respective offer.
• Another bonus cannot be added while one bonus is active.
• Cashback bonuses are added directly as cash balance and are free of wagering requirements.

6 Fair Play & Security

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any outstanding balance through the designated method before closing your account.
